Welcome to LHSAA's home on the web!

Lynchburg Home School Athletic Association (LHSAA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that offers competitive sports to assist the family in launching a young person into the world equipped with sport specific knowledge, biblical values, critical life skills, and strong examples of Christian faith.

LHSAA teams compete against private schools and home school sports programs locally and throughout the region. LHSAA currently offers the following sports for middle school & high school home school athletes and where noted, developmental teams for elementary age players:

Fall (typically start late July or early August and end by mid to late October)
-Boys Soccer
-Girls Volleyball (developmental team available)
-Boys & Girls Cross Country
Winter (typically start late October to early November and end early March)
-Boys & Girls Basketball (developmental team available for boys basketball)
-Girls Cheerleading
Spring (typically start mid March and end by mid to late May)
-Girls Soccer
Girls Basketball Summer Travel Team!

Girls basketball will have a travel team this off season during May, June and July. 

Practices will start April 30th with two or three practices per week. The team will participate in 5 or 6 weekend tournaments with all (except maybe one) within an hour of the Lynchburg area. Tournaments will include the Liberty University team camp in June and will end with participation in the Virginia Commonwealth Games in July. 

Registration will give preference to Lady Patriots players but will be open to others as space allows. 

Girls will receive valuable basketball skills training as well as significant strength and cardio workouts. 

Cost will be $250/player.
